Price information
• The prices of the apartments Schwalbennest, Adlerhorst and Tannenzapfen are valid for an occupancy of 2 persons, for each additional person € 25.00 per day will be charged.
• The prices of the apartment Bergkristall are valid for an occupancy of 4 persons, for each additional person € 28.00 per day will be charged.
• The prices of the apartment Zirbenchalet-Luxury are valid for an occupancy of 4 persons, for each additional person € 32.00 per day will be charged.
• All prices are valid for 7 nights, for shorter stays we calculate a surcharge.
• Our prices are exclusive of the tourist tax, which is € 2.50 per person per night from the age of 14.
Check-in/Check-out
On arrival, the apartment is available from 2 p.m., we kindly ask you to leave the flat within 09.00 a.m.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellations are annoying for both sides. Therefore:
• In case of cancellation up to 3 weeks before departure we charge 50% of the travel price
• Within 3 weeks before departure we charge 80% of the travel price
• In case of late arrival or early departure we will charge 90% of the booked daily travel price
The deposit paid is the guarantee for the reservation of the apartment. In case of non-arrival the deposit will not be refunded.
